NIPUN Haryana Mentor is a free Android app developed by the Government of Haryana to assist schools in ensuring that all students are grade-level FLN competent by grade 3. It is a tool to assist the Haryana School Education Department in monitoring and tracking the learning of children in an easier and effective manner. It will help the Haryana School Education Department to identify the children who need extra attention and help. The information gathered will be used for planning, implementing, and evaluating the programs to ensure that all the children are learning to the maximum extent. 

The Haryana School Education Department is also backed by a technology-driven mentoring and monitoring system. This system helps track various factors both inside and outside the classroom that influence the learning outcomes of students.
