NHAI ERS is a mobile app developed by Ajeevi Technologies Pvt Ltd for Android devices. It is a free personalization app that aims to improve the Golden Hour Response Time on NHAI roads in case of any emergency.

The app provides all types of support to the person in distress on NHAI road within minimum time, minimizing the loss of life of the accident victim. It does this by providing the optimal route to the on-road units to reach the destination and further assistance to on-road units with the best route to Hospital/Trauma Centre/PHC.

NHAI ERS is installed on the emergency response vehicle of NHAI. Whenever an emergency arises, the call center person allocates duty and the driver gets an alert and notification. The driver then performs his/her duty as per the allocated task, saving the victim.
