This is a small app that lets you add a custom-made heart event for Sebastian. It was supposed to be a test mod, but since it was working nicely, I decided to share it with you all. 

This app adds a new heart event for Sebastian. You will not be able to get the full effect for this unless you have the original mod for Sebastian. This is a small app that lets you do this. It was designed for personal use, but you can use it to add more spice to your NPC's and I believe that Sebastian was a good start for me. You are free to give criticisms or point out what lacks in the event or suggest on what I should do next.
