In this application, you will be able to download two mods. One of them adds one legendary darkspawn sword into your inventory.  The other one edits all the textures of the darkspawn greatsword, so it will have different materials. To install these two mods, you need to download the application and install them. You will then be able to use them in the game. To uninstall them, you need to delete the files that are in the application.

To use the Dark Spawn sword, you need to go to the settings of the game and check your inventory.
