Never Ending Hero RPG is a free role-playing game for mobile devices by developer Missroot. It is an idle RPG adventure with endless replayability and power scaling. In it, players will take on procedurally generated levels as they battle hordes of monsters for loot and to boost their stats through levelling and equipping rare gear.  

The battle never ends 

In Never Ending Hero, you’re a nameless hero on a quest for power. Tackle procedural levels, battling all kinds of monsters, and collecting loot. Combat is completely automated, so you can focus on boosting your power by increasing your core stats. You can enable Auto Mode to farm for gold and loot, which will accumulate for up to seven days if you’ll be gone a while. 

Spend your gold at the Mystic Armory to upgrade your stats or try to unlock legendary items gacha-style for your hero to equip. Once you hit level 100, you can opt to Prestige to Break Limit for a soft reset, while retaining your ATK and HP multipliers. Now, you do get a small battle window to see how things go, but it looks quite low-quality and could use improvements. 

Nice, visuals notwithstanding 

Overall, Never Ending Hero RPG is a pretty solid idle RPG experience that you can pretty much play for a long time due to its endless replayability and hero power scaling. Auto Mode is also great if you’ll be out for a while without losing progression. If you don’t mind the sub-par visuals, this is worth checking out.
