This app is a tool for calculating the property tax for a new house or flat.

It is free to use. The app can be downloaded on Android devices.

The app can calculate the property tax for any house or flat in Germany, for the state of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Lower Saxony.

It calculates the expected property tax according to the federal model as well as for the states.

The app can be used for Android smartphones and Android tablets.

It does not require an Internet connection.

It is not yet integrated with the official BORIS application, but it is integrated with the official MHApps website.
