NETO is a staffing platform designed for businesses and workers. It is an automatic staffing platform that locates, hires and manages temporary employees. The program aims to solve the problems that employers face when they need a temporary replacement. Employers often find it challenging to find a suitable replacement immediately, which can take days. It is also time-consuming, involving search, phone calls, paperwork, and employers' liability. The current staffing solutions charge at least 32% commission, which is relatively high.

NETO eliminates these problems and offers a solution that fits all temporary replacement needs for single hours, days, or months. The platform shortens the recruiting process by up to 80%, eliminates the need for employee-employer relations, and minimizes costs. The commission charged by NETO is only 8%, which is significantly lower than the current market cost.
