NET.mede is an application of the ANACOM - the communications regulator in Portugal - that allows you to analyze the performance of your Internet connection.

You can download it on the devices (smartphone, tablet, and computer) you use to connect to your Internet accesses (home, office, or other locations).

This app is very useful when evaluating the quality of your Internet connection.

How is your Internet connection performance evaluated?

In each test, NET.mede evaluates 6 parameters:

• Download speed (Mbps)
• Upload speed (Mbps)
• Latency (milliseconds)
• Jitter (milliseconds)
• Packet loss (%)
• Load time (seconds)

Where and how can you check test results?

You can check the results of all the tests you perform from all the devices, on all the accesses, and within a maximum of 2 years.
