What is nello?

Nello is a smart entry system that lets you control your apartment door from anywhere. The app connects to your intercom unit and enables you to open and close the door, and also to receive a notification if someone is at your door. If you want, you can even let a friend or family member use the app so they can access your building without a key.

Nello is an ideal solution for use in shared apartments, and also works with service providers, such as parcel deliveries.

How do I set up nello?

The app will guide you through the installation process, but in order for it to work, you need to have a working intercom unit and have your apartment’s access code (also known as the lock code) entered into the unit.
