Nela - Instant Video Chat, from tuho, is a mobile social app for meeting people and sharing everyday moments worldwide. It uses short live video and text exchanges to help strangers start quick, one-on-one conversations and cultural exchanges on the go. The interface prioritizes discovery and expressive reactions while recommending connections based on activity patterns. Adults aged 17 and up who want casual international conversations and light networking get a simple, mobile-first place to explore new perspectives.

Runs on common Android hardware and installs through the store

Nela targets Android phones and lists compatibility with modern devices, typically Android 5.0 and up, and is distributed via the Google Play Store. This makes it accessible on a broad range of handsets, and the mobile-first design reflects short-session use: quick connections and live replies fit into commutes or evenings. Setup requires only a device and the store account used to install apps.

Privacy choices focus on encrypted transit and limited sharing

The app advertises that it encrypts data in transit and does not share user data with third parties according to its listing. For users who want control over account records, the listing says deletion can be requested through the app's support channels. Those two points provide basic safeguards for live conversations, though the app's description does not claim local-only voice processing.

Developer background and early community signal how it feels day to day

tuho, legally associated with DENG LANZHI and based in Hong Kong, builds social and entertainment titles such as Gala Pro. Nela is a relatively new entry with a growing user base; early feedback highlights a clean interface and ease of use. Practically, that means discovery can feel fresh but availability of active matches depends on how the community expands in your region.

To sum up, a compact option for casual international conversations

Nela is a suitable choice for people who want quick, mobile video or text exchanges with strangers from other places, given its live interaction model and discovery focus. One practical consideration is privacy management: the app uses transit encryption and lets users request data deletion through support. To sum up, it fits users who value short social encounters and cultural exchange rather than dense, established networks.
