네이버 뉴스 댓글 플러스 is a free Chrome add-on developed by alogblog. It adds various convenient features to the comment section of Naver Sports News.

One of the features of this extension is to linkify URLs expressed in comments and display a preview tooltip with the title, description, and image when users hover over the link. This requires the permission to access and read pages from arbitrary sites (i.e., the sites linked in the comments), not just the current article page on Naver's website.

Since this extension's lifecycle only occurs on Naver (Sports) News pages, it will not function on other pages. You can find more details about this in the "Why?" section of the extension's options.
