It supports the most common representations such as the ribbon, the molecular surface, the ball, the stick, and the sphere. It also supports the symmetry operations of the biological assembly, which allows you to view the crystal structure of the protein in the cell. You can search and download the structures from the RCSB PDB and NCBI PubChem.
