In the age of information, one can get access to an almost infinite number of books, lectures, and articles on almost any subject. In the field of religious knowledge, however, one still encounters many people who either do not know how to read, or who only know the bare essentials of the religion, and who therefore rely on the hadiths of the Prophet and other Islamic scholars. This is why it is important to compile and publish a collection of these hadiths, which can then be used as a reference by the students of religion.

The most famous of these Islamic scholars is Imam al-Nawawi, who was born in the Islamic city of Awam in the ninth century, and who is widely considered to be the most prominent and influential Muslim hadith scholar. He is said to have compiled more than forty hadiths, and his collection of religious knowledge is a major source of Islamic law and an essential tool for the understanding of the religion of Islam.
