Are you an active duty Navy sailor looking to get into the military academy? Or are you a college student planning to get into the military career? Regardless of your reason for wanting to join the military, you will need to pass the physical screening test to get accepted.

To be eligible for the test, you must be a U.S. Navy sailor, between the ages of 19 and 27, with a current duty status of full-time sailor in the Navy. You must have a minimum of 300 push-ups, 200 sit-ups, and 50 free swims in the 100-meter range. If you meet all of these requirements, you will then be eligible to take the actual test.
