At each level, you will be presented with a situation with instruction on what to do to complete it. Depending on the situation, you have four ways to complete them. The first one is to erase an element from the screen to uncover the answer.

You can also draw the missing item using a pencil. There are also puzzles, in which you will have to search for hidden objects using the magnifying glass. Finally, there are riddles where you will have to move an object to trigger an action or discover what is hidden behind it. Like other casual games, this one has an endless number of puzzles to solve.

However, despite that, the game can be boring over time. The puzzles are too simple, and the humor they portray is outdated. Not to mention, it features girls who have to be undressed or guys who are horny. It also does not help that the art style is too basic. Additionally, it often fails to move to a different level, no matter how many times you complete your current one.

All in all, Naughty Quiz: Brain Out Puzzle is not the best puzzle game out there, contrary to its developer description. Sure, you have riddles that need solving, but these are too simple to give your brain an exercise. Not to mention, the jokes are too outdated and contain mature content. It can be a tiny bit entertaining, but not for a long time.
