The Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) program is a Government of Ghana initiative to address graduate unemployment. The goal of the program is to solve the social problems caused by the lack of employment and to ensure that the quality of education is improved. This is done through the NABCO trainees who are equipped with the necessary skills to help in the job market.

The trainees are to be supervised by the NABCO supervisors who will provide them with the necessary skills to help them in their job. The trainees will be responsible for monitoring the quality of education, service delivery, and for reporting any issues they encounter. They will also be required to complete a course in their skills development and to submit a periodic report on their activities.
