Shearwell Data Ltd’s NAIT Connect app is a free Android application that assists in complying with NAIT regulations. The app connects to an SDL400S or SDL440S Stick Reader and reads RFID ear tags of cattle or deer. The app is compatible with Android 9.0 and above.

The app can read tags and manually enter them through the keypad, which can be sent to NAIT for registering the application of tags or an animal movement record. With the app, tag reads can be kept in local groups and shared via cloud storage, email, or stored as a CSV file on the device.
