The program provides daily contract counts, as well as summaries for month-to-date, year-to-date, and inception-to-date data. Additionally, users can drill down on contract totals to analyze top producing dealers and products. Real-time claim statistics and Warranty Forever™ call statistics are also available.

Customers can benefit from NAE NWAN Connect by accessing their agreement details, including the distance to their selling dealer. They can view their claim activity, upload claim attachments, and check their pre-paid maintenance balance and redemption details. The program also allows customers to upload Warranty Forever™ Maintenance Records.
