Nabız Ölçer is a free Android app that allows you to measure your heart rate using your phone camera. Once you open the app, you need to place your index finger on the back camera of your phone, making sure not to press too hard to avoid affecting your blood flow. Then, simply tap the icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to start the measurement.

During the measurement, a red heart icon will flash in the center of the screen, and your heart rate will be updated every 10 seconds at the top of the screen. After 30 seconds, the measurement will be completed, and the heart icon will turn white. If you want to take another measurement, you can tap the icon in the bottom right corner again.

It's important to note that this app is not intended for medical purposes and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment. It is experimental and should be used only for personal use and entertainment.
