Whether it's a missed bin collection, overgrown shrubs, fly-tipping, or a pothole, this app allows users to submit reports with attached photographs and videos, as well as pinpoint the exact location on an interactive map. Once submitted, the reports are sent directly to the Council for investigation.

In addition to issue reporting, MyTestValley provides access to useful information on the Council's website, allowing users to stay informed about local news and events. The app also offers features such as viewing submitted reports, adding notes to existing reports, and setting up or updating contact details.
