What is MyTelkomsel?

MyTelkomsel is Telkomsel’s official app for customers to access the Telkomsel service. It is designed for all Telkomsel users, both postpaid and prepaid, to check usage, manage packages, and redeem rewards.

You can check usage, manage packages, and redeem rewards through the app. The app also has other functions such as managing your own SIM cards, browsing through the promos and offers, and sending gifts and credits.

How to use the app?

The first step is to log in with your login details. You can use your existing login details or create a new one.

To check usage, you need to open the app. After that, you can see the current data usage and package details, as well as other information such as the amount of credits you have left, the current monthly usage, and more.

To browse through the promos and offers, you need to open the Promos tab. Here, you can see all the available promos and offers for Telkomsel, along with the details such as the promo code, the amount of the discount, and more.

To redeem rewards, you need to open the Rewards tab. Here, you can see the available rewards for Telkomsel, along with the details such as the reward code, the amount of the reward, and more.
