MySBSPay is a free lifestyle app developed by NHS Shared Business Services Limited for Android users. It is designed to help NHS employees manage their pay, access their current and previous payslips, and take advantage of exclusive discount offers from major high street and online brands. With this app, you can easily and securely view your P60S and a countdown to your next pay day anytime and anywhere.

Aside from managing your pay, MySBSPay also offers over 2,000 exclusive NHS staff discount offers from popular brands such as Apple, ASOS, Currys PC World, John Lewis & Partners, M&S, Sainsbury’s, and The White Company. You can instantly redeem vouchers for on-demand deals on food, fun, fashion, and travel, and even buy discounted eCards and gift cards directly from your mobile device.

If you have any pay-related queries, you can access support via FAQs and Chatbot. To get started, simply download the app and complete the one-off verification process using your employee number and the email address you used to register on ESR. Your employee number can be found on your current payslip and is the first 8 digits of your assignment number (with -2, -3, etc. removed).
