What is myndpaar?

myndpaar is a self-help program for couples. It was developed by experienced therapists and counselors for couples therapy.

The program consists of 10 modules, each about 20 minutes long.

In the first 2 modules, you and your partner will be asked about your relationship. You will be guided in a dialogue. You can participate in the dialogue alone or together with your partner.

In the next 8 modules, you will learn about dynamics in love relationships. You will be guided through various exercises.

In the last 2 modules, you will be asked about what you want to achieve for yourself and your relationship. You will be given some tasks to do.

The program is an ideal complement to a relationship therapist.
