MyHPN is a free lifestyle app developed by HEALTH PLAN OF NEVADA INC. for Android users. The app allows Health Plan of Nevada members to manage and access their health insurance information on the go. With this app, users can easily find out who their primary care provider is, talk with advice nurses, and have virtual visits 24/7 without an appointment. Users can also search for doctors, specialists, facilities or labs, view and email their health plan ID card, save it to their wallet, and see their copay, deductible, and out-of-pocket expenses.

Furthermore, users can check the status of a claim, prior authorization or referral, access their health records, view invoices, and pay their premium. The app also allows users to update their contact information and address, select communication preferences, and save their password with Touch ID or Face ID. The developers are continuously adding new features and functionality to improve the user experience. However, only Health Plan of Nevada members can use the app, and personal medical information is confidential and only available to the user and their provider.
