MyGlasgow, developed by iTouch Vision Global, is a free Android app that allows you to report issues to Glasgow City Council quickly and easily. The app lets you attach photos, videos, or any other relevant information to your report and pinpoints the exact location via Google Maps integration. Once submitted, your report is routed to the relevant Service Delivery Team for processing and allocation.

The app offers many features, including submitting a report, receiving information about your submitted report via SMS, push notification, or email, viewing your submitted reports, adding notes to existing reports, and searching for Council facilities near your current location. Additionally, you can view local information such as council tax bands, planning applications, jobs, news, and events. The app also provides integrated help for users.

You can submit reports for various issues such as missed bin collection, broken parking meters, illegal fly posting, broken street lights, graffiti, potholes, illegal dumping of waste, and dog fouling.
