myCNHSA is a lifestyle app developed by Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. This free app is available for iPhone users and is designed to provide patients with easy access to their health data stored in RPMS.

With myCNHSA, users can register and securely log in to view their health information. The app offers a range of features, including the ability to request and cancel appointments, review prescriptions, and request refills through the automated CN Refill Center in Poteau. In addition, users can also view details of Choctaw Referred Care referrals and much more.

It's important to note that appointment scheduling is currently limited to clinics that have been trained on the new system. As staff members receive training, more locations will be made available for scheduling appointments.
