Why do people use MyChoice Mobile?

The most common reason is that they do not have a username and password from their benefits portal. The second most common reason is that they do not know how to get a benefits password.

There are two options for getting an access code:

1. log in to your benefits portal and get an access code from the MyChoice Mobile App logo.

2. Call MyChoice Mobile Benefit Services. For eligible users, you will receive an access code.

How do I use the MyChoice Mobile App?

Once you receive your access code, you can start using the app. To log in, you must enter your username and password from your benefits portal.
