MyCare Overseas™ is a free mobile app developed by International SOS Government Services Inc. for TRICARE Prime Overseas, TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas, and TRICARE Select Overseas beneficiaries. It provides on-the-go access to all the necessary information and services required when receiving TRICARE-covered medical services overseas.

The app has a user-friendly interface and offers a variety of features, including 24/7 access to local Near Patient* and Customer Service Teams, referral status checking, and International SOS authorization downloading. You can set up appointment reminders and connect to telephonic language assistance during medical appointments. The app also provides useful country information such as emergency numbers, medical risk rating, and cultural tips. Additionally, you can use the app to find a healthcare provider near your location, among other features.

It is important to note that Near Patient Teams are only available in specified locations, including Germany, Benelux, Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Bahrain, South Korea, and Japan. Furthermore, MyCare Overseas™ only works on Android 9 or later versions.
