MyALD is a free iPhone app developed by ALD Automotive Latam. It is a user-friendly and intuitive application that provides quick and secure access through your fingerprint or the creation of a PIN.

If you own an ALD vehicle and have your registration properly updated with ALD, you can simply download the app, enter your CPF or vehicle license plate, and gain complete access to your personal mobility assistant.

With MyALD, you can:

• Check the status of your new vehicle
• Consult the ALD Supplier Network
• Schedule maintenance appointments
• Request services such as a replacement vehicle, opening a claim, obtaining a duplicate license plate, reporting vehicle seizure, obtaining duplicate documents (CRLV), obtaining a duplicate ALD Fuel card, vehicle returns, filing complaints, purchasing used vehicles, and addressing questions regarding fines
