MyAcea Energia is a free Android application developed by Acea SpA that allows customers with a fiscal code to manage their electricity and gas supplies. With this app, you can easily and quickly control your bills, communicate your meter readings, activate various services like Bolletta web and domiciliation, and discover the latest news about the Acea loyalty program.

To access the app, registered customers can use the same email and password as the MyAcea Energia reserved area. If you're not registered yet, you can do so directly from the app or the website. However, to use all the available features of the app, you need to first associate your electricity and/or gas supplies with your profile within the MyAcea Energia reserved area.

The app offers several main functionalities, including Bolletta web, domiciliation service, consumption and meter readings, invoices and payments, monitoring of requests, and an assistant chatbot called MyA, available 24/7 for any questions or needs you may have.
