This feature allows users to click a photograph of the issue and post a complaint without providing any further details. The concerned officer of Mahanagar Palika receives the complaint with a red tag, which converts into a green tag only after the issue has been resolved. The app also provides a panic button for the safety of women and senior citizens, which, when pressed in an emergency, sends an SMS to the person’s family or friends to ensure prompt assistance.

The app provides information about different taxes, facilities like fire, water, drainage, and property tax, making it an all-in-one platform for e-governance activities. It also provides information about the location of public toilets, dustbins, garbage collection vans, and the routes of city buses.
