In the next step, you’ll need to set your own personal contacts as the ones you trust the most. These are the people you’ll reach out to in an emergency.

The third step is to set your own action plan. This is what you’ll do in case of an emergency.

The last step is to test the app. This is so you can be sure that it’s working properly.

After you’ve tested it, you’ll be able to use it on others.
