My Macca's Review is an iPhone app developed by GAPbuster Worldwide for McDonald's New Zealand. It is a free app that helps customers provide feedback about their McDonald's experience. With this app, customers can rate the restaurant's cleanliness, quality of food and drink, and service through a short survey. This survey uses a mix of rating scale, multi-choice, and free-form text questions, allowing customers to elaborate on their experience.

The survey results are analyzed and filtered through to the right people, and customers can receive a small reward upon completion of the survey. The app only allows one survey per day, and the rewards are with purchase only. Customers may also choose to add a personal profile and elect to have someone contact them about their experience.
