MY J:COM is a free portal application designed specifically for J:COM subscribers to access a range of useful features and services. With this app, users can remotely schedule and record TV programs, search for TV program information, and view TV programs from anywhere. The app also provides a list and table format of the TV program guide, and users can search using various filters such as genre, broadcast date, and actor/program name.

Other features of the app include a power service information feature that allows users to view graphs of their power usage and costs, a mobile service information feature that enables users to check their data usage, contract plan, and device payment, and a support feature that diagnoses problems and provides tutorials.
