My Galaxy app is a lifestyle app developed by Samsung RD Institute Bangladesh. It is a unique all-in-one experience that offers personalized coupons and offers on lifestyle products, books, and more. The app is compatible with authorized Samsung phones purchased from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal with Android OS version 5.0.X or higher.

The app has three main sections: Discover, S World, and My Page. In the Discover section, users can find special offers, entertainment, partner apps, and games exclusively for My Galaxy users. The S World section provides Samsung services and care, including helpline, Samsung warranty system, store locator, and service tracker. In the My Page section, users can store their personal information and favorite items.
