My bpost is a free application that lets you trace and track all your parcels using one application.

You can choose between four shipping options.

To receive your registered mail, you can choose from one of our partners in Belgium:

DHL - with My bpost you can order DHL registered mail, you don't need to go to the Post Office.

PostNL - for Dutch-registered mail you don't need to go to the Post Office. You can order PostNL registered mail by scanning the QR code from the app.

DPD - you can also have your parcels delivered by DPD by scanning the QR code from the app.

You can check the postal rates and the delivery options for your area.

You can send your registered mail via email, mobile, or via the application. You can also check your delivery status for your registered mail if you have received an email notification.

If you have more than one parcel to send, you can add it to the calendar in the application. This way you will receive a notification for your future registered mail if you want to receive it.

You can add multiple addresses to your address book in the application. This way you can receive status notifications for different parcels, depending on the delivery options you select.

You can check the shipping rates for different countries in the application. You can also pay for the parcels via credit card or bank transfer, in advance.

If you want to pay for your parcel, you can check all the import charges for a specific country. This way, you can order more than one parcel at a time, and you can pay for your parcel in advance.
