МТС Абонент is a mobile application developed by Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company. This app allows users to activate their SIM cards without having to visit an MTS store. With МТС Абонент, users can easily register their contract for telecommunication services.

To activate a SIM card, users simply need to scan the barcode on the SIM card within the app. Existing MTS subscribers can sign the contract through their personal account, while new subscribers have the option to verify their identity through the State Services app and sign the contract within the Госключ app.

Once the SIM card is activated, users can immediately start using MTS services.
