MTH SMART - PTK DISDIK MALRA is a dedicated Android application designed for the administrative and personnel needs of Educators and Education Personnel (PTK) in Maluku Tenggara. This official service facilitates quick and secure access to various employment services in a digital format, enhancing the efficiency of administrative tasks. Key features include digital attendance through QR codes, applications for promotions and salary increases, leave requests, and a digital archive for personnel documents.

In addition to the core administrative functions, the app offers complaint management, pension proposals, and recommendations for awards.
