mShikshaMitra-m-Gov Platform is an e-governance platform that is being used by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to facilitate the management of public schools. The e-governance platform is based on the Internet and mobile technologies. It is designed to provide better service to the public by reducing the time spent on paperwork and enhancing the efficiency of service delivery.

The e-governance platform allows the users to access all the necessary information regarding their children's education, which they may need to know regarding the progress of their children, the school curriculum, the timetable, the fee structure, and many other details. The platform also provides the users with the option of registering an online complaint regarding any matter, which they may feel is not being dealt with properly.
