MOVE! Coach is a free, easy, and convenient weight loss app for veterans and service members, their families, and others who want to lose weight.

The program is based on the Health-Promoting Activity Program, developed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and implemented by the VHA.

The NCP provides tools to support weight loss, improve nutrition, increase physical activity, and enhance psychosocial health. The program includes educational articles, videos, and other resources to provide knowledge and skills to make healthy changes in lifestyle.

MOVE! Coach is designed to be used in conjunction with treatment by your healthcare provider and by tracking health and fitness activity with third-party Google Fit compatible apps. The program can be used by itself, but additional benefit may be achieved if used in combination with treatment with your healthcare provider and by tracking health and fitness activity with third-party Google Fit compatible apps.
