Following the success of racing management sports games such as Motorsport Manager Mobile 3 and the rest of the Motorsport Management series, Playsport Games is coming out with Motorsport Manager 4. As an upcoming pay-to-play title, it will replicate the same mechanics but feature 3D cars and authentic racing animation.

In Motorsport Manager 4, you’ll be shaping the future of your racing team from scratch. Build your dream team, select the best drivers, customize their rides accordingly, and take note of real-time events on the track, such as changing weather or crashing cars. You can furnish your virtual headquarters, as well.

While the simulation part is thoroughly hands-on, it’s still best to remember that the game is not a racing game. You won’t be able to drive cars around the tracks—as soon as the green flag is waved, you’ll only spectate as your driver races against his opponents.

All in all, Motorsport Manager 4 will scratch the itch of anyone who wants to manage a racing team and step back from the adrenaline of race games. Albeit an upcoming title, it already holds promise as it follows developer Playsport Games’ list of already successful racing management simulators.
