As a Moovy customer, you get all parking services in one package. The service is available to you in parking garages, outdoor areas and along the streets.

It works like this: you enter the parking garage through a scanner or card reader or the Moovy application. At the garage entrance, you receive a confirmation, so you can safely drive into the garage. In the garage, you can drive around the garage, park, pay, receive a receipt and drive out. There are no tickets, tickets to collect or queues at the cash register.

To pay, you will be able to choose either a card or PayPal as payment method, or just use your phone. The parking fee will be automatically charged to your card afterwards.

The parking process is very easy. You enter the garage by scanning the barcode, a confirmation is displayed on the display, and you drive in.

Once you drive in, you have time until the garage doors close. You park in the first available space, drive to the exit of the garage, the same way, drive out, the garage doors open and you receive a confirmation, which means you are safe to drive out.

You can park anywhere in the garage, no matter how much time is left, there is never a limitation. You can park in any available space without a card or receipt.

When you drive out, Moovy will automatically detect your vehicle, and you will be able to receive a notification on the display. Moovy displays all your parking information, which includes the location, your parking time, cost, parking method, parking receipts, and your driving out time.
