You can easily add a parcel to your monitoring by entering its tracking number, and the app will provide you with a detailed and precise delivery status update for each stage of the parcel's journey.

The app also enables you to follow the parcels of your family and friends by securely adding up to 5 email addresses and/or mobile numbers to your profile. You can locate the nearest Points Relais®/Lockers on the interactive map and deposit or pick up your parcels whenever and wherever you want. You will receive notifications when your parcels are available, and with the QR code provided, you can quickly and easily retrieve your parcels without the need for identity verification.
