The Molecular Oncology Almanac Connector is a Chrome extension developed by vanallenlab. This free add-on allows users to submit alteration-action relationships to the Molecular Oncology Almanac directly from their Chrome browser.

Precision oncology relies on a constantly evolving scientific knowledge base, and this extension helps to keep that knowledge base up to date with the latest research findings. When a new precision oncology finding is reported in the literature, users can quickly submit the reported alteration to the Molecular Oncology Almanac.

The Molecular Oncology Almanac is an open-source knowledge system and interpretation algorithm for cancer genomic data. It is developed and maintained by the Van Allen Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Broad Institute. All submissions made through the extension will be reviewed before being incorporated into the knowledge base.
