mojeIKP is a free Android application developed by Centrum e-Zdrowia for the Polish Ministry of Health. It is a comprehensive health and fitness app that allows users to receive e-referrals and e-prescriptions directly on their phones. With mojeIKP, users can show the QR code at a pharmacy to fill an e-prescription without providing their PESEL (Polish resident identification number). The app also enables users to review their treatment history, set reminders to take medication, and check medication leaflets by scanning their packaging.

In addition, mojeIKP allows users to grant access to their Electronic Medical Records (EDM) to medical staff and facilities, making it easier for them to receive appropriate treatment. The app also provides step-by-step instructions on how to provide first aid in an emergency and has important healthcare phone numbers on hand.

One of the unique features of mojeIKP is its free exercise program, pedometer, and access to a diet portal. Users can make a quick appointment for COVID-19 vaccination and have the EU Digital COVID Certificate on their phone. mojeIKP also offers a quiz on prevention and an 8-week training program for users to improve their overall health.
