Moje nekretnine is a mobile application jointly owned by the Ministry of Justice and Administration and the State Geodetic Administration. All data accessed through the app are under the jurisdiction of these institutions and stored in the Common Land Registry and Cadastre Information System, known as OSS.

Users can access real estate properties registered in the land registry and cadastre, receive notifications about property changes, and view documents created through the OSS system. To correctly retrieve data, users must have their Personal Identification Number (OIB) associated with the properties in the land registry and cadastre.

Access to the app is granted to users authenticated through the National Identification and Authentication System (NIAS). The app offers functionalities like viewing registered properties, accessing the user inbox with OSS system documents, receiving real-time push notifications for property changes, and representing legal entities with a power of attorney.
