Mobile Technician is a free troubleshooting tool developed by Fujitsu General Limited for iPhone users. This utility and tools application is designed specifically for troubleshooting FUJITSU GENERAL Air Conditioners (RAC/PAC, VRF), Wireless LAN Adaptor, and Air To Water systems.

With Mobile Technician, users can easily check the condition of their air conditioner. The application provides features such as error code check, troubleshooting, and sensors check. It is especially useful for RAC/PAC models with the new serial communication method, indicated by a "G" or "H" as the 4th digit of the model code (e.g. AS*G--, AU*H--). However, it is important to note that models with the old serial communication method are not applicable in some cases.

For VRF systems, Mobile Technician supports models V-II, J-II, or later. This comprehensive troubleshooting tool provides users with the necessary information to diagnose and resolve issues with their FUJITSU GENERAL air conditioning systems.
