MMgr Tenant App is a free Android application developed by PropertySafe in the Business & Productivity category. It allows tenants to report maintenance issues with photographs at the property they are currently renting. These issues are then sent directly to the Property Manager for their attention and action within Maintenance Manager.

The app provides real-time updates to tenants on the status of their maintenance requests, from a new request until completion by a Trade Supplier. Once the work is completed, tenants can verify it within the app with notes and photographs. These are sent back to the Property Manager for further action if required.

Please note that your property manager must be using the Maintenance Manager system, and they can send you an invitation to download this app.
