みやぎんＰａｙ is a smartphone application developed by 宮崎銀行 that allows users to make various payments directly from their registered 宮崎銀行 deposit account by scanning the barcode on convenience store payment slips. With this app, users can make payments "anytime," "anywhere," and "easily" without having to visit convenience stores or bank counters. Payment history can be easily checked on the smartphone, although receipts are not issued.

This app is available for individual customers who hold a cash card for 宮崎銀行's ordinary deposit account. Internet banking service registration is not required. The app can be used on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. There are no handling fees for using the app, although customers are responsible for any data usage charges incurred.

The recommended environment for using みやぎんＰａｙ is Android OS 6.0 or later. However, please note that even with the recommended OS, the app may not function properly depending on device settings. Tablets are not recommended for use with this app.

Please be aware that transactions made through みやぎんＰａｙ cannot be canceled within the app. If you accidentally make a duplicate payment using a different payment method, please contact the payment recipient. Additionally, if the barcode on the convenience store payment slip is unreadable due to dirt or damage, it may not be usable. Expired payment slips cannot be used.
