One of the key benefits of this extension is the ability to transfer calls, either directly or after speaking with a contact, using blind and consultative options. Additionally, users can listen to voicemails and save or delete them with ease.

The Mitel Connect for Chrome™ extension also provides convenient features such as creating and joining Mitel Connect events directly from Google Calendar, as well as receiving web conferencing notifications and quickly joining meetings.
